Customer Service Requests

We have implemented a web-based service request program powered by Electronic Tenant Solutions. The program allows the designated customer contact to enter service requests directly from their computer desktop. Once the work order is completed, they will receive an email confirmation that it is done and may review the information online. This will eliminate the need to call the management office to facilitate a request.

Property Management will set up authorized-user customer contact information in our database. Once the customer contact is registered in the system, we will email system users a brief tutorial which will explain how to use and navigate the Electronic Tenant Tenant Center. In addition, we will provide training on the web for all interested users.
